HOW WE PACK THE ORDERS

All the meals we offer are ready-to-eat (RTE) ones that are prepared and packaged by Pre-made Meal Kit team in our commercial kitchen so they can be consumed without any additional cooking or extensive preparation. Typically, they only require reheating in a microwave, or a brief toasting in the oven.

When a customer places an order with us, the primary focus is on the packaging of that order. Attention to detail and careful handling will foster trust and peace of mind among customers. To achieve this, our company has assembled a dedicated team responsible for packing orders, ensuring that we deliver beautiful, safe, and aesthetically pleasing packages to our consumers.

At the production stage, Pre-made Meal Kit carefully selects the freshest premium quality ingredients to provide customers with delicious and high-quality products. Once the foods has been cooked and cooled to the necessary temperature, they are promptly packaged, refrigerated, and subsequently frozen to maintain the product’s freshness.

We fully understand that prioritizing the packing of temperature-sensitive pre-made foods and meals for shipping is essential, which involves providing adequate insulation and temperature control. Our available options consist of foam-insulated containers, thermal bubble wrap or liners, and an ample supply of Dry Ice Pack Sheets (some packages utilize dry ice as necessary) for refrigeration. These solutions are highly effective for shipments of frozen or chilled meals, ensuring that the food remains within a safe temperature range throughout transit.

Dry ice packs, commonly known as “ice sheets” or “flexible ice blankets,” are reusable cooling sheets that immerse in water, dried, and subsequently frozen to deliver prolonged cold for shipping and daily applications. They are distinct from conventional ice packs as they incorporate super-absorbent polymers within a pliable sheet, which prevents water leakage and mess during thawing, while also providing longer cold retention than typical ice or certain gel packs. Dry ice sheets present a more convenient and safer option for sustaining frozen temperatures, eliminating the hazards linked to handling Dry Ice – solid CO2.

Furthermore, every container is affixed with instructions regarding the usage and storage of each product, accompanied by the order packing slip, which details the products and quantities ordered, allowing you to verify that the order has been accurately received.

TRUSTED DELIVERY SERVICE

Pre-made Meal Kit ships out orders within 48 hours. Our company maintains a strong partnership with UPS. The reason for this collaboration is the significant volume of packages we dispatch daily, which has allowed UPS to provide us with substantial advantages in fulfilling those orders.

UPS Ground can deliver to locations in Georgia, Alabama and neighboring states within one to two business days. For most of other states far from Georgia, we use UPS 2nd Day Air to guarantee on-time delivery. Let customers receive their package usually within two days after shipping date. We don’t want the packages left in the carrier’s warehouse throughout the weekend, so we ship out orders only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the week to ensure they are received before Friday evening. Surely, if packages are able to arrive in one day ground, they will definitely be shipped out on Thursday. UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after order is shipped.

We are committed to the quality of our precooked meals and wish you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items that have been opened or consumed.

You are permitted to return food items that are unopened, sealed, and undamaged within 15 days from the date of original delivery.

All food items being returned must be shipped while frozen. It is advisable to use a shipping method that incorporates insulation and adequate cooling materials to guarantee that the product stays frozen during transit. We suggest including dry ice and opting for two-day shipping.

Customers will bear the expense of return shipping, which includes the necessary frozen packaging materials and any possible expedited shipping methods.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team promptly so that we can rectify the situation.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You might qualify for a refund or a replacement for one of the reasons listed below:

  • Damaged packaging: The meal packaging was delivered damaged or not sealed properly.
  • Defrosted or spoiled upon arrival: The meal was received at an unsafe temperature or was not frozen solid.
  • Shipping error: You received the wrong item or your order was not complete.
  • Product defect: You encountered a problem with the quality of the meal itself.

Ways to Report an Issue

Please reach out to us without delay. In the event of quality or damage concerns, it is essential to inform us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This enables us to examine the shipping circumstances and resolve the issue swiftly.

Submit photographic evidence. For items that are damaged or spoiled, we ask for a clear image of both the packaging and the affected product. This assists us in confirming the issue and expediting your request.

Refund or Replacement

For refunds, the original method of payment will be credited. It may take between 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.

For replacements, we will dispatch the correct or replacement items to you at the earliest opportunity.

We retain the right to provide a store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances typically do not qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Taste preference: Refunds cannot be issued simply because a customer dislikes the flavor of a meal.
  • Incorrect address: We are not liable for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delay: Although we collaborate with our carriers to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot provide refunds for delays that are beyond our control (such as weather-related incidents). Nevertheless, we assure that the meals will be delivered frozen and in suitable packaging.
  • Failure to properly receive delivery: If a package is left outside and spoils due to not being received promptly upon delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel an order within 24 hours of its placement, provided that it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
