We order beef that is both grass-fed and grass-finished in a family farm in Tennessee. The cattle graze on non-GMO, natural pastures, they are never treated with antibiotics or hormones. To reheat, simply bake in oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes to ensure heat through, or microwave them to serve.
