This unique Vietnamese fried spring roll is an appetizer that is AIR FRIED (not deep fried), featuring a crust made of brown rice paper and a filling that includes protein, vermicelli noodles, minced wood ear mushrooms, sweet potatoes, taro, and additional ingredients. These spring rolls are sure to please any crowd. They are crispy, crunchy, and, most importantly, delectable!
To reheat, air fry or microwave them for a few minutes prior to serving.

I just bought several items from Premademealkit, one of them is Spring roll. I appreciate the higher nutritional value, including more fiber, of brown rice paper. They come with many healthy ingredients like mushrooms, woodears, etc. Taste is pleasant, would recommend to others looking for a brown rice alternative to the classic rice paper. Little bit pricey, but it’s OK due to much unique ingredients included.
